Our team is here to assist you with whatever you may need, from consulting services for the pre-planning, to day of coordination and full execution of the event, start to finish. Weddings

**All packages can be customized to suit each client needs-additional hours can be added/subtracted determined by client needs

Diamond Package- Full Service

Full Service Planning from start to finish. Monthly in person or virtual meetings, venue and vendor selection/communication, as well as 12 hours on site day of coordination-two to three event professionals

Platinum Package-Partial

Partial Planning for busy couples that have most of the big decisions out of the way. 2-3 virtual or in person meetings to discuss timelines, setup and vitals for the big day. 10 hours on site day of coordination-two event professionals

Gold Package- Day Of Coordination

Day Of Coordination Services including one pre-event 2hr meeting to discuss timeline, setup and vitals for the big day. Customizable 6-12 hour day of coordinating packages starting at $1,000-one to two event professionals

Corporate & Social Gatherings

****All packages can be customized to suit each client's needs-additional hours may be added/subtracted determined by client needs

Full Service Planning

Full Service Planning including 3 pre-event virtual meetings to discuss vendors, timeline and setup- one event professional on site day of event-hours & fees dependent on budget and needs

Partial Pre-planning

Partial Planning includes one pre-event meeting to discuss timeline and day of event expectations-one event professional on site day of event-hours dependent on needs-packages starting at $500

Why hire an Event Planner?

Coordinators can provide a lot of valuable expertise in the way vendor selection and referrals, creating timelines for your events, and provide knowledge on budget and overall event design that only comes from experience in the industry. We are there to make your events run smoothly and stress free for you!

If I have a catering manager, why do I need a wedding planner/coordinator?

The catering managers do have a part to play in setup, but usually only involving the area of food & beverage. They are there to ensure the timeline of the food and beverage and table setups are correct, but they do not assist in the overall setup of the wedding/event and/or reception. Our planner/coordinators are there to assist in the pre-planning and execution of both the rehearsal and the ceremony into reception, handling all vendor communication, cueing the wedding parties, and timeline adherence for all who are involved. We work with the catering professionals and other vendors to ensure the entirety of your event runs smoothly and successfully.
